CMC Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand and performance marketing in Singapore and the region. You will lead digital and social initiatives while managing budgets and partnerships to grow business and brand presence.

The role requires 15+ years in marketing, strong brand and budget experience, and a strategic mindset able to work with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing, preferably with digital/performance/growth marketing.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Creative and articulate with a good understanding of brand and commercial mindset.
• Experience building and managing brands and budgets.
• Experience working with agencies.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Previous managerial experience would be a plus.
• Data driven, strong numeral literacy.
• Happy and able to work both individually and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload and tight deadlines.
• Strong relationship management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategies for Singapore with a focus on performance marketing and social/digital initiatives.
• Be a brand advocate within the SG office, ensuring collateral and content meet brand guidelines.
• Lead and deliver annual marketing plans for Singapore, aligning campaigns with business goals.
• Support building sponsorships and partnerships in Singapore.
• Manage day-to-day reporting and budgets to optimize campaigns for targets.
• Report monthly/quarterly campaign performance and stakeholder recommendations.
• Handle marketing admin and annual budgets for Singapore.
