Job summary

The Chinese Media Group (CMG) is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing & Campaign Specialist to join its Branding & Marketing team in Singapore. You will drive omnichannel performance, brand awareness, and engagement for CMG brands across Singapore, Asia, and beyond.

This role requires coordinating with regional teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns. Ideal candidates hold a degree/diploma in a related field with 3+ years in media or digital marketing, and are

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma holder in media, marketing, or related field.
Experience in developing and executing media placements across multiple channels.
Strong analytics and data visualization skills with marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Set up campaigns and optimize audience targeting, ad placement and ROI across programmatic, display, social, SEM and email marketing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute marketing plans within budget.
Research and develop top-to-mid funnel strategy using paid digital marketing to grow market share.
Derive benchmarks and KPIs, monitor and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
Utilize data to recommend opportunities for improvement and guide decisions.
Support copywriting and creation of campaign artworks for owned platforms and social media.
Build relationships with vendors, ad platforms and agencies; ensure confidentiality of data.
