Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social and offline channels in Singapore.

You will drive brand awareness, engagement and business growth through multi-channel initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires 5–8 years in marketing, with strong hands-on experience in digital, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience in-house or agency.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, content strategy and marketing analytics.
• Experience in multi-brand marketing and/or the education sector would be an advantage.
• Able to independently manage multiple campaigns and projects with minimal supervision while working effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with passion for brand storytelling and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content and offline channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and business growth.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website content and lead-generation campaigns.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content plans across multiple brand platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business units and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion and overall marketing effectiveness.
