TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced marketing professional to run integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, social media, and performance channels in Singapore.

You will translate strategies into actionable plans, define timelines, and manage delivery roadmaps with close cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing or campaign management.
• Hands-on with paid media, content marketing, social media, email marketing and events.
• Analytics, performance tracking and campaign optimisation tools experience.
• Background in technology, SaaS, healthcare, maritime, wellness or B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, social media, and performance channels.
• Convert marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Oversee campaigns end to end from planning through performance evaluation.
• Produce marketing materials and content assets aligned to brand positioning.
• Steer channels to lift engagement, conversions and funnel performance.
• Measure weekly and monthly marketing metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks.
• Pilot new channels, tactics and growth opportunities to open demand.
• Liaise with Product, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams for collateral.
• Direct agencies, designers, copywriters and vendors against KPIs and quality standards.
• Report CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement, ROI; present insights to leadership.
