Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels. You will drive paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and website content while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, cohesive executions.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, with a background in brand-side or agency environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in brand-side or agency environment.
• Experience in integrated marketing campaign management, digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and website content management.
• Develop and manage social media strategy, content planning and campaigns across multiple brand platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business teams and external agencies for timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate campaign planning, timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance with actionable insights and optimisations.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging and visual identity across touchpoints.
• Support senior marketing leadership in brand-building and customer engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed of marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in other marketing projects as required.
