Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing activities. The role is based in Bukit Batok with relocation to Pandan Road and a 5.5-day work week.

You will manage social media across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, create visuals, engage customers on e-commerce platforms, and assist in marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with enthusiasm for brand building and online customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to create promotional visuals and video content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Take product photos and edit promotional videos.
• Respond to customer enquiries on online platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada).
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support other marketing-related duties.
