Propseller is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to drive paid and CRM campaigns that transform budget into signed deals. You will manage daily spend across Google, Meta, and portals, while supporting free lead-gen tools and HubSpot campaigns for 150,000+ contacts.

You’ll optimize for deals, not clicks, with 15,000+ leads annually and 4,500 transactions since launch. The role offers growth from technician to Growth Marketing Manager, and requires relocation to Singapore if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing with measurable results.
• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; offline conversions a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; based in Singapore or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and property portals within budgets.
• Manage daily spend and bids to meet cost-per-qualified-lead targets.
• Run lead-generating campaigns for Propseller Home Insights and Listing Insights to improve lead conversions.
• Execute CRM campaigns in HubSpot for 150,000+ contacts and maintain lead scoring rules.
• Maintain offline conversion uploads, enhanced conversions, and data quality checks.
• Build and refresh audiences from 150,000+ CRM contacts; exclude irrelevant segments.
• Collaborate with designer and developer on landing pages and forms to lift conversion.
• Create dashboards showing cost per client by channel, campaign and creative; report weekly.
• Incorporate sales feedback to refine targeting and exclusions.
