Job summary

Propseller PTE. LTD. is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Singapore to drive paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels. You will own tools, CRM journeys, and measurement, aiming to lower cost per client while increasing qualified leads.

You will manage a high-spend marketing program, collaborate with designers and developers, and apply AI to optimize campaigns and dashboards. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, managing US$250K+ in annual spend, with results you can quantify.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Paid acquisition: Run and scale lead generation across Google, Meta, TikTok, property portals and new channels.
• Budget and bidding: Manage day-to-day spend against cost-per-qualified-lead targets, with cost per client as the north star.
• Lead magnets: Grow usage of Propseller-made free tools and improve their lead conversion with AI prototypes.
• Landing pages and conversion: Build and test landing pages, forms and funnels with designers.
• CRM and lifecycle: Build lead-scoring, nurturing, and reactivation journeys for 150,000+ contacts.
• Measurement: Own tracking and dashboards; report on what’s working and what isn’t.
• Experimentation: Run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, offers and pages.
