Job summary

Neo4j in Singapore seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive APAC growth by shaping complex enterprise graph solutions. You will lead technical discovery, deliver PoVs, and articulate ROI beyond standard demos.

You will collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), systems integrators, and customers, coordinating across sales and engineering to win technical deals. Hybrid role with regional travel.

Qualifications

Singapore citizenship, PR, or unrestricted working rights.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7+ years in pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience with Java, Python, and JavaScript; containerisation and cloud infra.
Experience engaging with technical and C-level stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
Willing to travel regionally up to 30–40% for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and PoV development for enterprise accounts.
Structure and deliver proof-of-value prototypes and tailored architectures.
Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP), SI, and ISVs on joint solutions.
Coordinate with sales, Professional Services, and partners for smooth handoffs.
Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and developer community involvement.
Travel to customer sites and partner events as required to advance engagements.
