Job summary

Trend Micro’s Trend AI team in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the Government Sector. You will bridge Sales and public sector customers to guide the selection and deployment of Trend AI security solutions.

You bring 8+ years in presales, deep knowledge of government procurement, data sovereignty and regulatory compliance, and the ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations to senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering high-quality presales support and solutions, ideally with exposure to government or public sector accounts.
• Familiarity with government procurement frameworks, tender/RFP processes, and public sector security compliance requirements (data sovereignty, on-premises/air-gapped deployment) is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native security (SASE, CASB, Zero Trust) is a key advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS services – including government/sovereign cloud variants – is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand government tender processes and navigation from RFP to onboarding.
• Deliver technical demonstrations tailored to government stakeholders highlighting Trend AI advantages.
• Support and empower partners in proposing Trend AI solutions to government customers.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and participate in government security communities.
