Trend AI, the public-sector arm of Trend Micro, is seeking an accomplished senior leader to own Singapore Government strategy and growth. You will lead a government sales team, sponsor strategic opportunities, and drive executive-level engagements across ministries, agencies and boards.

Expect to shape the GTM, navigate procurement processes, and build a high-performance, accountable team with a strong track record in transformation, cybersecurity and risk management.

Formación

• Significant enterprise technology sales experience with vendors or system integrators.
• Proven people-management experience leading sales teams to ambitious targets.
• Success winning complex, high-value, multi-year solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong reputation and trusted network within Singapore's government tech ecosystem.
• Executive presence for management-level conversations on transformation, security and risk.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the Singapore Government sales team and drive performance.
• Own go-to-market strategy, coverage model, pipeline and revenue by agency and use case.
• Translate country objectives into sales plans and ensure execution.
• Attract, retain and develop high-caliber sales talent and successors.
• Build relationships with senior government stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Provide executive sponsorship from demand shaping to award and expansion.
• Navigate procurement frameworks, budgets and governance requirements.
• Position Trend AI’s value in business terms around AI, security and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and develop partner ecosystems.
