Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Solutions Engineer in Singapore to bridge Sales and pre-sales customers. You will guide customers in selecting and deploying TrendAI Next-Gen security solutions, owning aspects of security architecture and strategy with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering high‑quality presales support and solutions for customers.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native security, SASE, CASB, zero trust is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations highlighting TrendAI products and benefits with strong messaging and public speaking.
• Assist partners and channel by upskilling and enabling customer engagement.
• Present complex technical issues to diverse audiences in an engaging, digestible manner.
• Apply problem-solving skills to design customer-specific security solutions.
• Develop relationships to influence customer technical strategy and future trends.
• Provide training to customers and prospects on TrendAI solutions.
• Collaborate with support teams to maintain high customer health and ongoing quality of support.
• Contribute to best practices, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency.
