Qualifications

Deep expertise in Consumer Banking and Wealth Management.
Strong knowledge of investment, bancassurance, and financial planning processes.
Experience in governance, conduct risk, operational risk, compliance, or first-line risk management.
Experience in designing and implementing robust governance frameworks and control environments.
Understanding of the Three Lines of Defence model.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across retail banking advisory units.
Advise FPA leadership on MAS regulations and evolving regulatory developments impacting consumer banking and advisory activities.
Drive regulatory adherence and embed a proactive risk culture across advisory units.
Lead risk governance for sales, campaigns, and platform transformations.
Coordinate internal audits, regulatory observations, and risk issue remediation.
Escalate significant governance and risk concerns to senior management with data-driven recommendations.
