Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of governance, product/risk management experience in Wealth/Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing governance team with strategic direction and objectives.
• Provide governance advice in Management Committees and address risk/regulatory matters.
• Partner with the Business to design and implement governance frameworks.
• Identify emerging risks from reviews and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Oversee product teams to ensure adherence to policies and risk appetite.
• Coach team members to strengthen technical expertise and judgment.
• Drive governance improvements and adoption of GenAI-enabled solutions.
