Job summary

Reolink is seeking an Advertising Specialist with a strong Google Ads focus to lead search and video campaigns in a fast-paced environment. You will manage budgets, optimize Performance Max assets, and drive YouTube advertising success.

You will also oversee secondary platforms (TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, Meta Ads) as support, perform data‑driven analyses, and collaborate with creative and product teams for landing page improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in advertising operations with heavy focus on Google ecosystem advertising (Search, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Strong mastery of Google Ads, including advanced Search architectures, PMax asset groups, and YouTube ad funnels.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, and Meta Ads as secondary platforms.
• Analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, attribution tracking, and multi-channel analytics.
• Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; leadership/agency management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual advertising strategies focused on Google Search and YouTube; manage monthly budgets and target ROI.
• Oversee day-to-day Google Ads operations, optimize Search campaigns, scale PMax strategies, and manage YouTube campaigns (setup, targeting, assets, A/B testing).
• Monitor secondary platforms (TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, Meta Ads) as supporting sources.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and funnel metrics; prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams for video ad concepts and landing page optimization.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends; adjust strategies accordingly.
