Strumm's Holding Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the group’s operations across Singapore and overseas sites. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive growth, profitability, service excellence and operational efficiency while guiding the management team.

You will oversee budgeting, P&L, risk management and strategic initiatives, build strong stakeholder relations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and lead change projects across multi-site

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of management experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operations.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic thinking with a track record of driving performance.
