Job summary

duotech pte. ltd. is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional to own the group’s TP framework end‑to‑end, including policy design, economic analysis, documentation, and controversy management.

The role partners with Finance, Legal and regional teams across jurisdictions to maintain a sound, well‑documented TP position aligned with OECD guidelines as the business scales. The candidate will lead policy rollout, conduct benchmarking, manage master/local files, and support TP filings while driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience, mix of Big 4/advisory and in‑house roles.
• Solid knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS; local TP rules.
• Strong technical skills in analysis, benchmarking, and documentation.
• Hands‑on self‑starter who can work in ambiguity and deliver tactically and strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating TP concepts for non‑tax stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI applications in tax processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent).
• Strong English; Chinese proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's transfer pricing policies and cost allocation methodologies.
• Conduct functional and economic analyses and benchmarking studies for arm's‑length pricing.
• Manage TP documentation (master/local files) across jurisdictions and coordinate filings.
• Monitor TP positions, gaps, and potential controversies; support audits and inquiries.
• Assess TP implications of new products/projects and identify automation opportunities.
