Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings is seeking a senior Head of Transfer Pricing to lead the group TP function from Singapore. You will own the global TP strategy, design and maintain TP models for key hubs, and oversee transfer pricing for intra‑group financing and cross‑border activities.

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will drive compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or Taxation; a professional qualification (CA, CPA, CTA or equivalent) is preferred.
• 12–15 years of transfer pricing experience in Big 4, leading advisory firms or MNCs.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Strong experience in commodities, energy, metals, agriculture or natural resources.
• Proven record designing and implementing TP policies and leading audit defence across jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Singapore TP framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and set the group's global transfer pricing strategy and policies.
• Design and maintain TP models for principal hubs and related entities.
• Oversee TP for intra-group financing, including loans, guarantees and cash pooling.
• Lead master file, local file and CbCR preparation and compliance.
• Lead functional analyses with senior commercial stakeholders.
• Establish TP controls and year-end true-ups with finance teams.
• Manage TP audit defence, inquiries and MAP/APA where appropriate.
• Assess tax developments (OECD BEPS, Pillar Two) and their TP impact.
• Advise senior management on TP implications of new business lines and restructurings.
• Build and lead a small TP team and manage external advisors and budgets.
