Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a Transfer Pricing professional to own the Group's TP framework end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions. You will design policies, perform economic analyses, and manage documentation and controversy, aligning with OECD guidelines as the business scales.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure defensible TP positions, robust documentation, and proactive guidance for cross-border transactions and restructurings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of transfer pricing experience across Big 4/advisory and in-house roles
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, brokerage, capital markets or related regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines and BEPS, with local TP rules across jurisdictions
• Hands-on self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, start-up-like environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating TP concepts for non-tax stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI applications in tax processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics and professional accounting qualification required
• Strong English proficiency; Chinese skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies for intercompany flows and KERT analysis
• Design and rollout a defensible TP cost allocation methodology across jurisdictions
• Periodically review and refresh TP models to reflect evolving operations
• Conduct functional and economic analyses and supporting benchmarking studies
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing and tax impact of TP structures
• Manage transfer pricing documentation (master/local files) across jurisdictions
• Oversee intercompany agreements and ensure alignment with operations
• Coordinate TP aspects of tax filings and liaise with external advisors
• Monitor intercompany transactions for gaps between policies and activity
• Support TP audits and controversy matters with external advisors
• Assess TP implications of new products/projects and advise business growth
• Identify opportunities to automate TP calculations, data collection, and reporting
