Job summary

The Edge Partnership in Singapore invites applications for a Head of Transfer Pricing to own the global TP strategy across trading, logistics and asset footprint. This senior role collaborates with senior tax, finance and business leadership to shape how the TP framework evolves as the group expands.

You will design TP frameworks, oversee documentation, lead audits and APA negotiations, and mentor a growing TP function to ensure intercompany pricing aligns with OECD guidance and BEPS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with professional TP qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Experience in Big 4/advisory or in-house environments.
• Strong exposure to commodities, trading, shipping or logistics.
• Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines and international tax principles.
• Proven track record in tax audits, disputes and cross-border structures.
• Ability to translate TP matters into clear commercial advice.
• Capable of operating independently in a high-visibility, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the group's global transfer pricing strategy, policies and operating model.
• Design and implement TP frameworks for trading, shipping/logistics, financing and asset-holding activities.
• Oversee TP documentation, including master file, local files and country-by-country reporting.
• Lead tax authority audits, disputes and APA negotiations where relevant.
• Advise the business on the TP implications of new structures, acquisitions, investments and supply chain changes.
• Monitor and assess the impact of global developments, including OECD BEPS and Pillar Two.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure intercompany pricing is applied correctly and consistently.
• Manage external advisors and, over time, build out a transfer pricing capability within the team.
