Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of transfer pricing experience in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and Pillar 2 regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional partnering.
• Able to communicate complex technical matters clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage global TP and Pillar 2 policy implementation and compliance.
• Prepare TP calculations, tax journals and Pillar 2 reporting timelines.
• Coordinate with external service providers and finance/shared services.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on group TP strategy.
• Develop and align Group TP strategy with stakeholders across regions.
• Address queries on TP policies and related party transactions.
