Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue for a strategic global account in the semiconductor/electronics sector. You will act as the main commercial contact, coordinate with regional teams, and lead RFQ processes, pricing discussions, and negotiations.

The role requires solid experience in account management, 5+ years in the field, and the ability to analyze demand, pricing, and supply dynamics for global customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales, account management, or related commercial role in semiconductor/electronics.
• Experience with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders is preferred.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor products, customer demand, pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned strategic global customer.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the account and product portfolio.
• Serve as primary commercial contact and coordinate across regions.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
• Monitor demand, forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and HQ teams.
• Handle customer issues with timely communication and escalation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and management presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and memory market conditions relevant to the account.
