Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a driven Global Payment Operations professional to manage daily payment channel activities across platforms including TikTok.

You will coordinate with business partners, onboard new merchants, investigate abnormal transactions and develop SOPs and dashboards to improve efficiency and customer experience. Prior fintech/payments experience and Indonesia market exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business administration or related majors.
• 5+ years of work experience in fintech or payment industry; Indonesia market experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point to monitor daily channel transactions and resolve incidents timely.
• Set up accounts on partner platforms and onboard new merchants smoothly.
• Deep dive to resolve root causes of abnormal transactions to improve success rate.
• Create and enhance SOPs and dashboards to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to complete payment channel projects and inquiries.
