Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a Card Product Manager - Global Payment to drive growth of card-related features across our TikTok payments ecosystem. You will partner with product, engineering, design and operations to deliver campaigns, cashback programs and payment flows that enhance acquisition, activation and retention.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year building consumer products, with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
1+ year of building consumer products and driving user growth.
Familiarity with product or project management processes.
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.

Responsibilities

Support card user growth initiatives across user outreach, acquisition, activation, spending and retention.
Help design and launch cashback, rewards and promotional campaigns.
Gather requirements and work with product, engineering, design and operations teams to deliver growth features and improve user journeys.
Track performance metrics and support A/B testing and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial, risk and compliance teams to support campaign delivery.
Support card issuing product development by gathering requirements, writing PRDs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on delivery.
