Job summary

ByteDance in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Global Payments team, focusing on risk operations across cross-border payment scenarios and improving customer experience. You will partner with Risk Strategy, Product, Engineering, Customer Service and external payment partners to resolve bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and lead end-to-end diagnosis for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 3+ years in Fintech, e-commerce, or payments.
• Proficient in English for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own risk operations workflows across payment and business scenarios, monitor quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Risk Strategy, Product, Engineering, Customer Service and external payment partners to resolve bottlenecks.
• Design and roll out operations processes to support expansion, new products, and risk touchpoints.
• Act as operational point of contact for an assigned domain and lead end-to-end issue diagnosis.
