Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is looking for a Global Payment Operations professional to oversee daily partner transactions, onboarding, and incident resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows, build tools, and drive payment performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fintech/payments and a strong interest in long-term growth with ByteDance. You will work closely with partners to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor transactions, and contribute to customer

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Team player, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, strong execution and learning ability.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business administration or related majors is preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in the fintech or payment industry is preferred. Prior experience in payment channel operations in the Indonesia market is a strong plus.
• Keen interest in the payment industry and motivated for long-term development in this field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily channel transactions and resolve abnormal transactions or incidents.
• Setup accounts on partner platforms and assist in merchant onboarding.
• Deep dive to resolve root causes of abnormal transactions to improve payment success rate.
• Create and enhance operation SOPs and support tools and dashboards for efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams on other payment channel projects and inquiries.

AboutThe Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.1. Act as the focal point to ensure smooth daily operation with Global Payment's business partners, to monitor and analyze the daily channel transactions and to resolve any abnormal transactions or incidents timely.2. Setup accounts on the business partner platform according to the global payment operational rules and procedures, and assist in setting up new merchants for a smooth on-boarding process.3. Deep dive and resolve the root cause of abnormal transactions in order to contribute payment success rate improvement and customer experience enhancement.4.
