Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Relationship Director within Global Corporates Coverage in Singapore to originate, manage, and expand a portfolio of large corporate clients in Southeast Asia. You will build senior-level relationships, develop account plans to deepen wallet share, and coordinate cross‑border teams to deliver integrated treasury, lending, and advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
• Proven track record covering large Singapore corporates, GLCs/TLCs, listed and large private groups.
• Strong relationships with C-Suite and treasury decision makers.
• Deep understanding of treasury and transaction banking, credit and lending, capital markets and corporate sales.
• Experience coordinating multiple product partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and independently manage a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead coverage for Large Corporates in Southeast Asia and RTCs for large Asian multinational corporates.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers.
• Develop and execute account plans to deepen wallet share across the Barclays franchise.
• Develop new business, retain and manage a portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships.
• Identify and drive business development with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate cross-border coverage and deliver integrated Treasury/Banking solutions.
