The ideal candidate has 5+ years of events planning experience, excellent communication in English, and hands-on capability for pre-event logistics and onsite delivery. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Formación

• Education: Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in events planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Sense of ownership, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on, able to manage pre-event logistics and onsite execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Budget Management: manage budgets, expenses and vendor payments.
• Project & Programme Management: coordinate venue, catering, vendors and event programme.
• Collaterals Management: handle event recognitions and gifts for incentive trips.
