Prudential is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead large-scale conferences and conventions across Asia and Africa. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with 5+ years in events planning and hands-on pre-event logistics and onsite execution.

You'll manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver engaging program content and memorable attendee experiences. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree qualification in a related field.
• "Minimum 5 years' experience in events planning."
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Hands-on approach for pre-event logistics and onsite execution.

• Project & Programme Management: coordinate event deliverables with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaterals Management: manage event materials and gifting for initiatives.
