Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Presales Manager - Hybrid Cloud to collaborate with sales teams and clients, crafting cloud transformation strategies and delivering innovative hybrid cloud solutions across private and public environments. The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will guide customers through workshops, design end-to-end solutions, and support proposals, SOWs, and business cases.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in cloud transformation, migration, solution design, and estimation.
12-20 years of overall IT experience.
Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Design end-to-end Hybrid Cloud solutions and migration strategies.
Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and customer discussions.
Prepare RFx, RFP, and proposal responses.
Support sales teams in customer presentations and solution positioning.
Provide cloud sizing, architecture recommendations, and cost optimization advice.
Develop cloud-native and modern application solutions.
Present and discuss solutions with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Create solution documents, Statements of Work (SOW), and business cases.
