Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced GIS-Focused Solution Architect to lead enterprise geospatial platforms. You will shape architecture, drive cloud migrations, and align solutions with government security and governance standards.

You will design hybrid GIS architectures on AWS/Azure, specify data governance, metadata, and integration patterns using REST, web services and secure authentication, while guiding vendors and teams through complex deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in GIS/Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in technical lead/ GIS solution architect roles.
Hands-on experience delivering enterprise GIS projects across full lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise components and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for enterprise geospatial platforms.
Support architecture design, cloud migration, system upgrades, and infrastructure modernisation.
Plan GIS platform upgrades, cloud migrations, DR exercises, and security initiatives.
Design and support cloud-native and hybrid GIS architectures on AWS, Azure, GCC, or equivalent.
Develop GIS integration patterns (REST APIs, web services, data exchanges, IAM, SSO).
Manage geospatial data architectures, metadata, governance, and lifecycle management.
Conduct technical assessments, sizing, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
