Job summary

The role involves coordinating with sales, operations and customers to confirm deployment and billing details. You will also assist with other tasks as needed, maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in accountancy or related field and has proficiency in Excel; ACCPAC

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with ACCPAC would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Verify supporting work orders with signed contracts/quotations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for timely billing of assignments.
• Liaise with sales on quotations and deployment information.
• Liaise with Operations for supporting documents needed for billing.
• Liaise with customers on verification of data and billing requirements.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.
