AJ2 HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage full accounting functions including AP/AR, monthly close, and GST submissions.

The role requires meticulous organization, proactivity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monthly reconciliations, preparing reports, and handling debtor collections. Familiarity with GST filing and XERO software is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Able to start immediately preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• GST filing knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of XERO is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounting functions including AP/AR.
• Assist monthly closing and GST submission.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reporting.
• Debts collection - call customers to ensure timely payments.
• Handle calls from clients and suppliers.
• GST filing.
• Compute monthly sales commissions.
• Ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned.
