Job summary

Citigroup Inc. invites applications for the Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, a senior role to lead application systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with the Technology team to implement new or revised systems.

The position requires 6–10 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, strong FX domain knowledge, and proven leadership and project-management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Strong understanding of FX with hands-on experience in the FX domain.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in programming and ensure designs align with the architecture blueprint.
• Apply advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding, testing, and implementation standards.
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Advise mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citigroup policies, escalating control issues as required.
