Citigroup seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead application systems analysis and programming within the Technology team. As a senior staff member, you will drive design and delivery of complex solutions aligned with Citi's architecture blueprint.

You will partner with management to deploy new products, resolve high-impact problems, mentor mid-level developers, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Strong understanding of FX with hands-on FX domain experience.
• Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.

• Partner with management to integrate functions and deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expert knowledge of applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
