Job summary

RELOC TAX ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Fund Operations professional in Singapore to oversee external fund administrators, review reports, and ensure accurate fund accounting and records.

You will coordinate investor reports, capital calls, distributions, and statements, and liaise with auditors, banks and legal advisers while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations. Proficiency in Paxus and Excel, plus 5+ years' fund administration experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant fund administration, operations, or accounting experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Paxus fund administration software.
• Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital fund administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting reports, capital calls, distributions, investor records.
• Experience coordinating with external administrators, auditors, and service providers.
• Excellent financial reporting knowledge and awareness of Singapore regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent English communication; ability to communicate in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administrators and review fund accounting reports for accuracy.
• Monitor fund administration activities and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Coordinate investor reports, capital calls, distributions and investor statements.
• Maintain accurate investor records and monitor capital commitments and distributions.
• Liaise with external fund administrators, auditors, banks and legal advisers.
• Coordinate annual audits and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor fund cash movements and related records.
• Coordinate tax, regulatory reporting with external advisers and service providers.
• Maintain fund documentation and support internal controls.
