Job summary

Amethystasiapartners seeks a Senior Fund Accountant / Supervisor to join its Singapore-based Fund Services team. The role oversees NAV calculations, financial reporting, and fund administration for hedge funds and private equity funds, working with fund managers, custodians, auditors and other market participants.

You will mentor junior staff, support fund launches, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• Experience in fund accounting is required.
• Familiarity with NAV calculation, valuation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with hedge funds and private equity funds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAVs for hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Oversee fund onboarding, setup and documentation review.
• Process trades and reconcile securities, cash and bank accounts.
• Calculate management and performance fees and other fund expenses.
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers, auditors and legal advisers.
• Support fund launches and day-to-day administration.
• Obtain market data, pricing and corporate actions.
• Review deliverables and assist junior team members.
• Resolve accounting queries and issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet client deadlines.
