Senior Fund Accountant: Client Services & Fund Onboarding

Job summary

Amethyst Partners is recruiting for a client services professional to manage a portfolio of fund management clients in Singapore. You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships with clients, investors and managers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

You will support onboarding of new funds, KYC and due diligence, investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls and distributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of fund accounting experience across PE, hedge, real estate or digital assets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund management clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, fund managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve requests on time.
• Support onboarding of new funds, VCCs, investors, including KYC and due diligence.
• Assist with investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions.
• Coordinate NAV reporting, reconciliations and investor statements to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate investor records and fund documentation per policy and regulation.
• Support FATCA/CRS and other regulatory/compliance requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings and financial reporting with auditors and tax advisers.
• Prepare and review management accounts for SPVs and related entities.
