Carta is seeking a Senior Implementations Accountant to join our fund administration team in Singapore. You\'ll be the first touchpoint for new Fund Administration customers, coordinating onboarding activities and helping clients translate their data into accurate financial statements.

You will work with CFOs and fund managers, advise on accounting best practices, drive improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to apply AI to onboarding processes while maintaining data security

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, with a focus in Private Equity.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage multiple onboarding projects.
• Interest in project management and delivering best-in-class client service.
• Experience interpreting fund documents such as Limited Partnerships and Private Placement Memoranda.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new fund administration customers, coordinating data collection and onboarding tasks.
• Advise on accounting best practices and ensure timely delivery of financial statements.
• Lead projects within agreed timelines and convert unstructured data into accurate client reports.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product development and AI enhancements.
