Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• 8–15 years in Software Engineering or Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience in Capital Markets or Financial Markets products.
• Hands-on AI with agentic tools and modern frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end enterprise applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to understand objectives and challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions and research business processes and interfaces.
• Design end-to-end AI-powered solutions using agentic tools and modern frameworks.
• Develop and demo prototypes for stakeholder validation and endorsement.
• Partner with Engineering/DevOps to deploy solutions to production.
• Engage senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations in MD-level forums.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and solution strategy.
