Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong Full Stack Development background.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets or Financial Markets products and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools/frameworks such as Dify, Google ADK, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, PCF, AWS, or similar cloud/container platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about emerging technologies and AI.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements and problem statements.
• Conduct independent research on business use cases, data sources, and system interfaces.
• Design, develop, and demonstrate end-to-end AI-powered solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and operationalize solutions.
• Present recommendations and solution designs to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Drive technical solutioning and contribute to AI innovation initiatives.
