Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of applications through development, deployment and production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Proficient in at least two modern programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, testing, observability and security.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technology initiatives from discovery through production support.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scope and validate ideas.
• Incorporate AI-assisted engineering practices across requirements, development, testing and deployment.
• Contribute to reusable tooling, workflows and maintain robust production operations.
