Job summary
VISEO ASIA is seeking experienced Full Stack AI Engineers with Capital Markets expertise to design, build, and operationalise AI-powered business solutions. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven products using agentic frameworks, full-stack tech, and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to drive discovery, prototyping, and production deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
- 8–15 years of software engineering/full stack experience.
- Strong knowledge of capital/financial markets products.
- Hands-on with agentic AI tools and modern frameworks.
- End-to-end enterprise app development and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to define objectives and challenges.
- Drive discovery sessions and research business processes and data.
- Design end-to-end AI-powered solutions using agentic tools.
- Build working prototypes and present to stakeholders for validation.
- Work with engineering/DevOps to deploy solutions in production.
- Engage MD-level executives with data-backed recommendations.
- Participate in architecture reviews and strategic discussions.
- Evaluate new AI tech and contribute to strategy.
