Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a senior software engineer with a strong full-stack background to design and deliver AI-powered solutions for financial services.

You will engage with business stakeholders, research use cases, and prototype end-to-end solutions using Agentic AI frameworks. Collaboration with dev teams and presenting designs to leadership are key aspects of the role. • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong Full Stack Development background.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets or Financial Markets products and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools/frameworks such as Dify, Google ADK, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, PCF, AWS, or similar cloud/container platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about emerging technologies and AI.
