Job summary

You will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven products using agentic frameworks, full-stack tech, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced Full Stack AI Engineers with strong Capital Markets / Financial Markets domain expertise to design, build, and operationalise AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven products using modern agentic frameworks, full-stack technologies, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires a combination of financial markets knowledge, software engineering excellence, AI solutioning capability, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand problem statements, business objectives, and operational challenges.
• Independently drive discovery sessions and conduct research on business processes, data sources, market products, and interface systems.
• Analyse requirements and design end-to-end AI-powered solutions leveraging agentic AI tools and modern development frameworks.
• Develop and demonstrate working prototypes and solutions to business stakeholders for validation and endorsement.
• Partner wth engineering and DevOps teams to operationalize and deploy solutions into production.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Managing Directors, presenting recommendations backed by data and analysis.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution discussions, and executive forums.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the overall AI engineering and solution architecture strategy within the organization.

Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’sdegree in IT/Computer Science or other relevant discipline
• Experience: 8 to 15 years in Software Engineering / Full Stack Development.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong experience in Capital Markets or Financial Markets products.
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools such as Dify, Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, Prompt Engineering Frameworks, and AI Skills Engineering.
• Full Stack Development: Strong background in building end-to-end enterprise applications and integrations.
• Business Engagement: Work closely with business users to understand requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Solution Design: Design, develop, and demonstrate AI-powered products and prototypes for stakeholder approval.
• Stakeholder Management: Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, including MD-level executives, and presenting solutions clearly.
• Data Engineering: Experience with ETL, data pipelines, data integration, and managing structured/unstructured data.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, PCF, AWS, and CI/CD practices.
• Thought Leadership: Strong end-to-end solutioning capability and awareness of emerging AI technologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
• Preferred: Open-source contributions, participation in tech communities, and a Computer Science/IT degree.
