Job summary

Slalom Consulting Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive (Financial Services) to drive growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will farm existing FS accounts, hunt new business, and own the end-to-end sales process from discovery through MSA/SOW, collaborating with practice leaders to close complex deals. The role requires a proven track record in solution-led FS sales, ability to engage CXOs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in account management and sales.
• Proven track record in solution-led sales with targets met for 3+ years.
• Experience selling in Financial Services (banking, wealth, capital markets, insurance).
• Experience navigating complex buying groups within large to mid-market firms.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools in GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Farm existing FS accounts and hunt new business within SEA.
• Manage end-to-end deals from discovery to SOW/MSA.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to pursue opportunities.
• Build pipeline and secure MSAs with new/existing clients.
• Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.
