Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a PDE Yield Enhancement Engineer to own yield monitoring, excursion management, and stabilization during HBM NPI, collaborating with PI, MRDA, PE, and Assembly/Test teams.

You will drive fast learning cycles, maintain yield dashboards, apply AI-enabled insights, and contribute to CIP by analyzing defects and implementing yield improvements across Post Wafer Finishing, Assembly, and test.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering
• Strong interest in yield analysis and data-driven problem solving
• Basic knowledge of statistics, SPC, or data analysis tools
• Ability to use AI literacy and digital fluency for research and analysis

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness
• Maintain yield dashboards and trackers; support RDA and CIP activities
• Account for HBM NPI yields across Post Wafer Finishing, Assembly, and test
• Analyze yield deviation and trigger action from PI/PE/RDA
• Collaborate with PCS to put SPC/FDC charts into YLR dashboard
