Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer in Frontend Central Process Integration to drive optimal process maturity and maximize yield across DRAM/NAND devices.

You will partner with FEOL/MOL/CELL/BEOL teams, resolve yield issues, and implement AI-assisted improvements while ensuring quality and reliability. You will contribute to cross-site collaboration, develop inline visibility for fast ramp, and travel to Micron sites as needed to advance process capabilities and product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a process related role in semiconductor industry.
• Degree holders in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry.
• Strong data interpretation of parametric, probe and qual data from front-end and backend processes.
• Proven problem solving with data-driven decisions and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class product maturity focusing on yield improvement and cycle time reduction.
• Analyze FEOL, MOL, CELL, BEOL processes to identify optimum integration solutions.
• Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA and Metrology teams to resolve yield issues and improve inline visibility.
• Standardize best-known methods across DRAM/NAND sites and drive alignment.
• Travel to Micron sites for face-to-face collaboration when needed.
• Apply AI-enabled insights responsibly to enhance research, analysis, and operations.
