Job summary
GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven freight forwarding sales professional. You will prospect new clients through cold calling, promote Ocean, Air and Total Logistics solutions, and acquire new accounts to grow revenue.
You will build strong client relationships, monitor receivables, generate referrals, and prepare sales reports to meet targets with commissions of 10–13% on the first dollar.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O level required.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through cold calling and follow up on provided leads.
- Promote Ocean, Air and Total Logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Acquire new accounts and grow the customer base to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
- Generate client referrals and support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and perform other assigned duties.
- Achieve sales target (commission 10-13% on first dollar).
