Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to gather and analyze operational data to support informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

The role involves tracking project performance, identifying trends, and coordinating activities for new initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, manage risks, and prepare stakeholder reports.

Qualifications

• Nitec or higher qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
• Independently track and monitor project and operational performance to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved.
• Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements during both solution design and post-implementation phases.
• Coordinate and manage project activities for new business initiatives, encompassing planning, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and key milestones to facilitate effective project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and business outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and support the preparation of status updates and reports for stakeholders.
